1. Our products

Complete Covers makes custom cushion covers and foam inserts to your specifications. Each product is made to order and is unique to your measurements and selections.

2. Placing an order

• When you place an order, we send you an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance of the order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order at any time (for example, if a fabric is discontinued or an error occurs in pricing). If payment has already been made, we will refund it in full.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is included where applicable.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Custom measurements

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and options you provide.
• Our online configurator is a guide — please follow the measuring instructions shown at each step.
• If you are unsure about your measurements, contact us before ordering or order fabric samples first.

5. Fabric & colour

We make every effort to display fabric colours accurately, but screen settings can cause slight differences. Fabric samples are the best way to confirm colour and texture before your custom order.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Production of custom orders takes additional time.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage within 14 days (see our Returns page).

7. Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, designs, images and branding — is the property of Complete Covers and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
