How quickly will you reply?
We answer WhatsApp messages and emails as fast as we can during studio hours — usually within a few hours. Tell us it's urgent and we'll get to you first.
Are fabric samples really free?
Yes. We mail free fabric samples to your door so you can feel the texture and see the colour in your room before you commit.
Can you show me my fabric on my furniture?
Absolutely. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we'll create a photorealistic preview of your cushion in your chosen fabric before you order.
What if I don't know how to measure?
Don't worry. Tell us what you're covering and we'll walk you through each measurement step by step so it fits exactly.
