The Five-Step Process
You only do the easy part — we do the craft.
Measure your cushion
Grab a tape measure and get three numbers. If you're replacing an old cushion, measure the cover seam to seam — never the foam, it sags and gives a wrong number. For a brand-new cushion, measure the frame instead.

Rectangles, circles, triangles, L-shapes and more — our designer has them all. Staying symmetric makes a cushion usable on both sides, so tiny irregularities are best treated as a rectangle.
Shapes guideChoose a fabric
Indoor or outdoor grade, in hundreds of colours and weaves. Indoor for comfort and easy care; outdoor for extra UV and water resistance — which is also a smart pick for window seats, banquet seating and camper vans.
Fabric guideChoose the foam
Pick the grade and thickness to match how you want it to feel — from firm and supportive to soft and sink-in. For a deep daybed we go thicker; for a regular seat we stick to the height rules so your feet stay on the floor.

Just don't stress about it. A soft cushion compresses — if it's a touch big it squeezes right in and can be adjusted. If it's too small it can't grow. Give us the real size and leave the rest to us.

Straight answers.
What exactly do I measure?
Measure the old cover seam to seam, or the frame if you're making a brand-new cushion. Never the foam — it sags and gives a wrong number.
Will my cushion be too tight to fit?
Soft cushions compress. Better big than small — a slightly larger cover squeezes in and can be adjusted, while a small one can't grow.
How do I choose the thickness?
If it's under 500mm deep, keep the thickness under 75mm so the proportions look right. Keep the finished height under 550mm so your feet still touch the floor. For a deep daybed, go 100mm+.
What if my cushion is an odd shape?
No problem — our designer handles rectangles, circles, triangles, L-shapes and more. For an irregular or curved shape, choose Template and we'll guide you from a template or a projection photo.
Can I see the fabric before I order?
Yes. We post free fabric samples to your door, and you can also send us a photo on WhatsApp for a preview of your cushion in your chosen fabric.
Are they made in Australia?
Yes. Every cover is cut and sewn in our Australian workshop in Sydney, NSW, then shipped to you Australia-wide.
